Is Yokly fully work-from-home?
Yes! All our positions are 100% remote. You work from the comfort and safety of your own home. We provide guidance on the equipment and internet setup you’ll need to succeed.
What equipment do I need?
You’ll need a reliable computer (laptop or desktop), a stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps), a headset with microphone, and a quiet workspace. We’ll provide detailed specifications during the hiring process.
Do you provide training?
We invest in your growth from day one. All new hires go through paid Core Training and Bootcamp, followed by a Nesting period with guided practice, coaching, and feedback. We guide you so you never feel lost.
Is this project-based or long-term?
Our positions are full-time, long-term roles. We’re not looking for contractors or project-based workers. We want you to build a stable, meaningful career with us, with clear paths for growth and advancement.
How does career progression work at Yokly?
We have clear career paths from Launch roles to Delegate specializations (Ops, Connect, Create, Books) and eventually Leadership positions. Your growth is supported through training, mentorship, and regular feedback. We believe in promoting from within.
